The Federal Commissioner representing Cross River State on the Board of the National Population Commission (NPC), Navy Captain Charles Ogwa (rtd), has congratulated Gov Bassey Otu on the occasion of the Governor’s 64th Birthday celebration.
The NPC Boss, who spoke through a goodwill message to Gov Otu, and made available to PillarToday, prayed God to give the Governor the needed wisdom to pilot the affairs of the State to a great height.
The release read in part:”On behalf of the management of the National Population Commission in Cross River State, we rejoice with His Excellency, Senator Bassey Otu, on this unique occasion of his 64th Birthday.
“Our dear Governor, we admire your selfless commitment, leadership by example and the political will to subdue socio-economic mountains confronting our dear State.
“We wish you years of achievements in the course of your stewardship as Governor, and may God keep and grant you the wisdom to pilot the affairs of our State to great height.”
