A former frontline governorship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Otuekong Ben Akak has declared total support for the APC governorship candidate saying his word is his bond.
He reaffirmed his loyalty and commitment to the party and his resolve to work towards the emergence of Prince Otu in the upcoming 2023 election in the state.
Akak during an interaction with Coordinators of his various support groups said he is a party man and his decision is to put an end to all forms of speculates .
Akak who was the first to congratulate the party standard bearer, Prince Bassey Otu on his emergence says he, unlike other politicians who’s yes and no mean the same thing,he is a man whose word is his bond.
While thanking the over 500 leaders of his various support groups “for their doggedness and unflinching solidarity+” and “my desire was to serve and not to be served” hence his decision to submit to the decision of the party.
On the part of these people who have been sold out to the Ben Akak brand, they say wherever he leads they will go and whatever he asks of them, they will do.
The Chairman Ben Akak Foundation and the Chief Executive Officer Bengies Group of Companies therefore urged his teaming supporters to be passionate about the APC project in the state if the party must retain power come 2023.
He promised to redouble his humanitarian gesture to the most vulnerable in the society to ensure they have a meaningful life to ameliorate the effect of the harsh economic realities on the poorest of the poor from Obanliku to Bakassi Local Government Areas of the State
