Governor Bassey Otu has approved the appointment of Bar. Ewa Aye Henshaw as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the state-owned Equity and Investment Company Limited.
A statement on Tuesday by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Emmanuel Ogbeche, said the appointment takes effect from November 16, 2023.
Bar. Henshaw is an experienced legal practitioner and former banker.
The appointee is saddled with the task of providing the needed leadership required to reposition the company, to serve as a veritable vehicle for the promotion of investments and the growth of small and medium enterprises across the state.
